One of the reasons I am running

Our democracy was founded to give us, the citizens, a choice and a vote. When we no longer have a choice, we begin to lose the debate and our elected leaders believe they have all the answers. When the leaders think they have all the answers, we, the citizens, are taken in a direction than may be in our future interest. Therefore, our democracy begins with a choice. That is one of the reasons I am running. Because we need a choice so that we can be heard and we, the citizens, can help shape the future of Garrett and Allegany Counties together. We have many positive opportunities and a bright future here where we live, work, and play.
